Hello, I am looking for a female to occupy a fully-furnished spacious private room in a 2 BR. You will share the bathroom with another girl but will get a room to yourself. The room includes a queen sized bed, couch, study table, bookshelf and a couple of closets. The rent including ALL utilities is $330(add $15 for internet). The apartment complex has great security and the location is ideal because its close to downtown and campus. The room is available for viewing all day sunday and flexible hours during the week.
